Days a home takes to sell · Quintana Roo

How it is measured

Median number of days between completion of construction and the sale date, for homes sold during the month. Where the completion date is missing, the registration date is used. The universe is housing registered with the RUV: new developer-built homes involving a mortgage or subsidy. Luxury pre-sales and cash purchases, which weigh heavily on the coast, are excluded. Only aggregates are computed from the source file: no individual record is stored.
